Cayo Perico International Bridge

It is with pleasure that the Management Team Announces the finalization of the Cayo Perico Bridge which is set to open tomorrow, July 1, 2022. 

For our RP purposes, Cayo Perico is a not jurisdictionally affiliated with San Andreas or the "United States".

What does that mean? 

• San Andreas Law Enforcement has no jurisdictional authority to conduct activity on the island. Medical/fire services will not be available on the island.
  • The entirety of the paved bridge is San Andreas jurisdiction. The "local" police will not leave the island.
• DHS has some operational agreements in place, but must reach out to the local police (aka Management) before taking action on the island and may not get authorization to operate on or over the sovereign airspace.
• The local police will not be what you're used to dealing with on the main land, they may be more aggressive, shady, and some may be willing to take bribes. Simply know, they will kill you without a second thought if you piss them off.
