  1. 601. Discharging A Firearm From A Motor Vehicle (F)

    Any person(s) who discharge a firearm from within the vehicle.
     
    Shall be liable under a Class A (7), Class B (5), or Class C (3) offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 1 Day. Sentencing Enhancements are allowed for this charge.
  2. 602. Carrying an Unlicensed Firearm (M)

    Any person(s) who carries a weapon on their person or in their vehicle, place of business, or another private facility without proper relevant permits or without the knowledge or consent (implied or expressed) of an individual within their vehicle, place of business, or another private facility who possesses such permits is in violation of the law. This shall also extend to firearms without a valid serial number. 
     
    Shall be liable under a Class C offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 3 Hours. 
  3. 603. Possession Of A Prohibited Firearm or Explosive Device (F)

    Any person(s) who possesses any firearm or explosive device that is prohibited by state or federal law, or contains illegal/prohibited modifications in its setup, or firearms and explosive devices banned from entry, sale, or transportation into the United States, without appropriate ATF stamp.
     
    Shall be liable under a Class C (4) offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 2 Days.  
  4. 604. Unlicensed Sale of Firearms/Explosives (F)

    Any person(s) who illegally sell firearms or improvised devices of any type without proper permits or permission.
     
    Shall be liable under a Class C (4) offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 2 Days.  Sentencing Enhancements are allowed for this charge.
  5. 605. Brandishing a Firearm (M)

    Any person(s) who is pointing, holding or brandishing a firearm, air or gas-operated weapon or object similar. It doesn't matter whether the firearm or object is capable of being fired; any person using the firearm or object in such manner as to reasonably induce fear in the mind of another, or inducing fear in the mind of others of being shot or injured.
     
    Shall be liable under a Class B (3) or Class C (2) offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 1 Day. 
  6. 606. Discharging a Firearm in Public (F)

    Any person(s) who fires a firearm (without regard to its registration or legal status) without due cause or justifiable motive.
     
    Shall be liable under a Class A (5), Class B (4), or Class C (3) offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 1 Day.
  7. 607. SHAFT Code Violation (M)

    Any person(s) who fail to abide by internal firearm regulations as endorsed by the State Handling and Firearms Training Act given by the municipal authority.
     
    Shall be liable under a Class C offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 3 Hours. 
  8. 608. Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon (F)

    Any person(s) who carries or possesses a weapon in or on their person, vehicle, place of business, or another facility while being previously convicted of a felony charge under the laws of the United States or San Andreas is guilty of a Felony.
     
    Shall be liable under a Class C (5) offense only, and shall receive a minimum of 1 Day.
