Any person(s) operating a motor vehicle who fails to utilize their headlights one and a half-hour after sunset (( 20:30 / 8:30 PM )) until one and a half-hour before sunrise (( 6:30 / 6:30 AM. ))
(( Use headlights between 20:30 [8:30 PM] and 6:30 [6:30 AM] ))
Shall be liable under a Class C offense only, and shall receive a $1,500 fine.
