409. Negligent Operation of a Vehicle (I)

Any person(s) operating a vehicle in a manner that could lead to personal injury or damages to another vehicle or individual. (EX: Texting while Driving, Failure to Maintain Lanes, etc)

Shall be liable under a Class C offense only, and a fine under the following criteria:

1. $2,500 fine
2. $5,000 fine
3. $7,500 fine + 2 Day Vehicle Impound + 3 Day Suspension of License
