401. Driving On A Suspended License (M)

Any person(s) operating a motor vehicle at any time when that person's driving privilege is suspended or revoked.

Shall be liable under a Class C offense only, under the following criteria of offense count; 

1. shall receive a minimum of 30 Minutes, or a fine of $2,000, and a 2 day vehicle impound.
2. shall receive a minimum of 1 Hour, or a fine of $5,000, and a 5 day vehicle impound.
3. shall receive a minimum of 3 Hours, and a fine of $15,000, and a 10 day vehicle impound.

Note: Officers/Deputies/troopers may petition the courts for longer license suspensions.
