1412. Discharge of a Firearm or Bow across a roadway

A person who intentionally discharges a firearm, arrowhead, or other projectile across a public roadway is guilty under this code section.

 

  • Violations under Penal Code 11(18) are misdemeanors.
    • Fine: $2500
    • Jail: (if applicable, see Title 2 - 229 Reckless Endangerment)
