001. Treason (F)
Any person(s) whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere.
This offense will go through court case by mandatory requirement.

002. Espionage (F)
Any person(s) who attempts to gather, transmit, or transmit defense information (criminal act) with general intent or knowingly, or with the specific intent or purpose that it will be used to damage the United States or assist any foreign nation.
This offense will go through court case by mandatory requirement.

003. Capital Murder (F)
Any person(s) who deliberately takes the life of a police officer, firefighter, paramedic, or similar public safety professional while in the commission of their duty or whosoever uses especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel acts, manifesting exceptional depravity shall be guilty of capital murder. Furthermore, the act of murder for hire or in the commission of a terrorist act, or the act of murder of a witness, victim, or informant for retaliatory purposes shall also constitute capital murder.
