Reckless Endangerment (M/F)

(a) A person is guilty of reckless endangerment 2nd  when he recklessly engages in conduct which creates a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person.

 

(b) A person is guilty of reckless endangerment 1st when, under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to human life, he recklessly engages in conduct which creates a grave risk of death to another person.

 

 

For any violation(s) of provision (a) this offense shall be liable under a Class B misdemeanor punishable by no less than 4 hours and no more than 1 Day of imprisonment, and a fine of $10,000.

For any violation(s) of provision (b) this offense shall be liable under a Class A Felony punishable by no less than 2 Day and no more than 4 Days of imprisonment, and a fine of $10,000.
